All includes and based on 2 persons:
• Complete assistance for the wedding couple
• Ceremony at one of Barbados´ most beautiful beaches
• Magistrate or Reverend
• 2 Witnesses
• Tropical bridal flower bouquet & boutonniere for Groom
• Coordination & décor including wedding arch, signing table
• Bottle of sparkling wine or Prosecco with toasting glasses for the Bride & Groom
• Professional Photographer for ceremony (half hour) and 20 digital images
• Music provided on IPod dock (couple can provide their own IPod with music)
• Government and Wedding license fees and stamp duties*
• Return transfers between hotel/port, ceremony and licensing office*
• Marriage Certificate will be delivered or mailed to the Bride and Groom
• Weddings on Weekend Saturday /Sunday has to be requested at a surcharge of

Renewal of Wedding Vows:
- Same arrangement as above with the exception of the license and legal fees.
- Transportation to and from ceremony location for up to 3 hours for the couple is included.

Formalities & Documentation for Wedding
Necessary Paperwork:
• valid passports
• Original and certified copies of birth certificates translated into English.
• Return Airline tickets
• If either party is divorced: Original Decree Absolute and a certified copy of the Final Judgment. Translated into English
• If widowed, a certified copy of the Marriage Certificate and Death Certificate in respect of the deceased spouse. Translated into English
• If any of the documents are not in English they must be accompanied with a certified translation
• If the name of either of the parties has been changed by Deed Poll, legal proof, stamped and signed by a solicitor/lawyer is required. This also applies if a married woman has reverted back to her maiden name
• If either party is adopted adoption certificate must be produced
• Consent of both parents is required for individuals aged 16 - 18
• The attached form has to be completed and send by email before arrival in Barbados
