A luxury residence hotel with impressive colonial architecture. The beautiful facility is located on a 100-year old plantation, where there was once Guadeloupe's first steam sugar refinery - already back then, it was a meeting place for the wealthy middle classes of the island. The impressive main building houses the reception area and Spa. Just off the large tropical park on the shore of a lagoon poo-like area with a gently sloping beach entry, are the two three-story wings with 50 rooms and suites.

Location:In the southeast of Grande Terre close to the 18-hole golf course, 1.5 km from the coastal town St.Fancois with its bars and restaurants, marina, embarkation point for excursion boats to the islands and Casino, 3 minutes drive to a gorgeous beach, many more are close by. 40 minutes to capital and airport.
