A well looked after little hotel residence in a great location. A one-storey building and several bungalows nestling in a pretty park with tropical vegetation accommodate the 50 studios and apartments. Only 300 m from here starts Grand Anse, Guadeloupe's most beautiful beach.

Location:North-West coast of Basse Terre in Deshaies, approx. 40 minutes from the airport and the capital. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach (road to be crossed). Several restaurants in walking distance, 5 minutes drive to Dive Center.
Hotel facilities:

All 50 units are divided into bungalows and dotted in the tropical park with a big swimming pool, restaurant and bar in its center. Wifi available in the public areas.

Accommodation: Cleaning of studios and apartments, towel and bedclothes change every 4 days.

Standard Studio 301 ft² (7): Spacious double room with double bed, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, TV, phone, safe, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace with wooden furniture and garden- or sea view. Max. occ.: 2 persons.

Superior Studio 366 ft² (16): Former Standard Rooms, newly renovated and extended. Spacious double room with double bed, A / C, fully equipped kitchen, TV, telephone, safe, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace with wooden furniture, garden- or sea view. Max. occ.: 2 persons.

Junior Suite 538 ft² (5): Master bedroom with double bed, mezzanine that can accommodate 2 children, bathroom and large terrace with equipped kitchen. Located on the first floor of the newly renovated Citronnier villa, garden- or sea view. Max. occ.: 2 adults + 2 children.

Studio Grand Large 430 ft²: Spacious double room with double bed, telephone, radio, safe, nice bathroom with shower and toilet, veranda with kitchenette and dining table, sea view. Max. occ.: 2 persons.

Studio Privilege: More spacious and intimate, bigger terrace, wonderful sea- and mountain view. Max. occ.: 2 persons

Family Studio 430 ft² (24): Spacious double room with double bed, space with 2 single beds or a bunk bed - only optically divided. A/C, TV, safe, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace with fully equipped kitchen and dining table, garden view. Max. occ.: 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 3 adults.

Apartment 645 ft² (2): Two possible configurations: Apartment with 2 separate rooms, each with bathroom, equipped kitchen in one of the 2 units (rooms communicate only by the terrace) OR apartment with 2 rooms, a living room and only one bathroom. A/C, TV, safe and a large terrace with garden view (sea view on request) Max. occ.: 5 persons.

Apartment 1.291 ft²: (1): Lots of space and comfort in these apartments located on the floors of Balisiers or Lemon Tree Villa.Two double rooms, two bathrooms, a mezzanine with 3 single beds or a small room with bunk bed. Very spacious living room with American kitchen and large terrace, A/C, TV, safe Max. occ.: 7 persons.
